Thanks to our customers' feedback, we're permanently evolving when it comes to both our products and our services. That's why, all of our products are at their best - but looking for better. We have a department for quality control that checks all items before they're shipped. However, if there's anything you don't like, please e-mail us and let us know what happened.

RETURNS

You may return the product ordered for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from the moment it was received. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order.

If you want to return an item, please contact us using this form. We will give you the return address and all the necessary information to initiate the return. The original amount (minus shipping fees) will be returned to your original payment method once all the goods have arrived at our warehouse and they are inspected by our team. We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your refund.

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are supported by the customer.

All returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The items are in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached
  • Item tags are not damaged
  • Items have no traces or stains (including traces of makeup or deodorant)
  • The items do not have an intense smell of deodorant, perfume, body spray, detergent, etc.
  • Items are not washed

Returns will be refused if items are found in one or more of the above situations.
